Timings also dependent on the size of the school or club and being provided with approvals on photos. 2 Postal option incurs a $9.99 P&H charge that is paid for at checkout by the customer. We ship next business day but actual postal time frames are determined by Australia Post.
How Our Photo Day System Works
Step 1 - Getting started
Once booked in, you'll start to receive automated emails from us with all the photo day information required. Upload student or team lists to our secure admin portal. Depending on the data provided, we may need to generate photo day flyers with unique image codes. Parents opt in to receive notifications when photos are available online.
Step 2 - Photo day
Our team attends your school or club on the scheduled dates and photographs all students, group and staff photos.
Step 3 - Production
Images enter production and proof galleries are sent to the organisation for approval. Once approved, photos are uploaded to our secure ordering system and parents are notified by email.
Step 4 - Delivery
Parents receive a 10-day introductory discount period after first login. Orders can be returned to the organisation free of charge or delivered directly to homes. After the ordering window closes, final production is completed and orders are dispatched.
